But anyhow presently youtube is not available.There are some proxy sites which we can use to open the youtube but we can not download any HD Video from the youtube from these proxy sites and there are also many  VPN which provide the proxy but they are not able to download any video form youtube.
Today I will tell you in this tutorial that how to download any video in HD result form the youtube.

You have to just follow these steps:

• First of all you have to open the video in the youtube.
• you can do this easily by using a proxy site like the Hiload , Zalmos or Hidemyass etc.
• Now the third step is to get the link of the video of the youtube as I have shown in the picture below :- 
  

• The next step is to copy the link .So just copy the link which I have mentioned in the Pic.
•      Now just open the http://www.clipconverter.cc/ .
•      This is a site which converts the videos and give to us in HD Qualities Videos.
•      The next step is so simple you have to just paste the link in the clipconverter as I have shown in thr picture which is given below :-

• Now you have to click on the button of the continue.
• After you click it will start working ! 
• You will the different qualities of the same video just as shown in picture below:-

• From here you have to select your video quality HD or not which you want ! 
• After selecting the quality of the video just click on the start button.
• After this you will saw a page like loading page ! It is converting the video !
• This process will soon completed and you will go to a new page where you shall see a downloading button you have to click on the download button .
• And that's all your video will start downloading !
